Two graduates of Awakening Awareness, Sarah Dew and Travis Smart, were married on Saturday, January 28th at the beach in front of the Hotel Del.  Bill Carpenter gave the beautiful bride away and I officiated.  Other guests from our community were Laura and Kevin Hensley and Marnie Thamel. Congratulations Mr. and Mrs. Smart!!

I am thrilled to announce that we will be starting an Advanced Workshop in September of this year!  It is a yearlong course called Expanding Awareness.  We will meet the first Saturday of each month for a daylong exploration of topics, including Childhood Developmental Needs, Basics of Personality Structure, Mother, Father, Family Systems, Brain Development and Perception, Emotions and Addiction, Sex and Love, Self-esteem and the Shadow, Spirituality and Power, Communication and Integrity, and Creating a True Adult and Parenting.

Each class will be educational and experiential.  We will explore all kinds of healing modalities, including shamanic work and breathwork. If you can’t start in September, that’s not a problem as each class is independent and you can enter the program at any time.  Prerequisite is Awakening Awareness and 6 months in Group.

Graduates of the program will be eligible to intern with me co-facilitating the workshop.  Of course, this is optional and only for those who really want to.  But if you’ve ever had an interest in facilitating the workshop, this is your opportunity!!

You’re invited to attend a FREE Introduction to our 3 day transformational workshop, Awakening Awareness.  We’ll look at some of the fears that stop us from achieving all we want to in our lives.  We’ll also explore where these fears come from and the importance of challenging these false ideas.  If you want to understand why fear is stopping you and get support for moving through them, come spend the evening with us.  You’ll also be offered a reduced rate for the workshop just for attending!  We go from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.  Call me at 858-836-1153 for directions.

This year we will be offering graduates of the Awakening Awareness workshop a yearlong Advanced Course called Expanding Awareness.  This program will be an intense experience that emphasizes education and personal growth.  We will meet one Saturday a month for a year; this also includes one private session per month to address your individual issues around each area that we are exploring.  These areas include:

The total cost is $350 a month.  After the program is complete, there will be an opportunity for people who are interested to intern with me and join the FIT (Facilitator-in-Training) Program.

As our new president said in his Inaugural Address, “It is time to put childish behaviour aside.”  We are dedicated to helping humans learn how to grow up into True Adults instead of little children in big bodies.  We also believe that it’s time for adults to behave like humans and not like  robots, as modern society invites us to do.  We think our website will give you valuable information about healing your life and creating one that excites you!
