Welcome to Ethicalife. My name is Dr. Kathleen Brooks and I am dedicated to helping people with their personal growth by offering truly effective personal growth workshops designed to heal the inner child and create a true, empowered and ethical adult.

If you’re one of those many people who have been in therapy, done some workshops, read all the books and are still discouraged, or are just still seeking, I invite you to take advantage of my many years of experience as an educator, consultant, healer and counselor. I have a unique, clear and powerful way of presenting important concepts and making multi-dimensional healing and personal growth not just understandable but, more important, doable. I am committed to helping people learn how to make allies of their emotional nature, clear up perceptual confusion and create a personal connection with their own Higher Self. Most of all, I am committed to living my own life with integrity, compassion and wisdom. I practice what I preach! I am committed to the daily practice of being a True Adult and connecting with my Higher Self. And because I am both an adult child of an alcoholic and a survivor/thriver of child sexual abuse, I am dedicated to making a difference in the lives of people who have suffered from childhood abuse and trauma..
